Regenerative Group Healing Ceremonies

When I sat down and felt into the intention behind this offering, the words that came forth were “transformation”, “growth”, “rebirth”, “metamorphosis”, and “regeneration”. Those are the prayers I place into the sacred fire. Those are the prayers from my heart to yours. That those who gather within these healing ceremonies experience a shift on their path. That the bonds that brought you together continue to strengthen and deepen. That whatever you all choose to focus on together to heal, feels more spacious and expansive. There is such beautiful potency when we come together to heal as a group. I have seen that so many times and continue to believe in that power. May this ceremony support all who feel called to join.

Intention

The Regenerative Group Healing Ceremonies are a seed that was planted in my heart from a special soul who I have been working with who was wanting to support a friend who’s family experienced a death of a beloved member. She asked if I had something that could support several family members heal from their grief of this loss. As she spoke I received a vision of a healing ceremony I can offer folks that doesn’t have to focus on just grief. This healing ceremony can focus on anything you want to heal/transform as a group. I’ve created two different types of circles. The first is called The Butterfly which is a container for 3-5 people and the second is called The Phoenix which is a container for 5-10 people. We will gather together on Zoom so it’s ok if you are in different locations.

In these circles we will start with a guided meditation so we can connect together with the Earth, with our supportive spiritual allies, and with one another. We will first clear energy and trapped emotions utilizing The Emotion Code®, focusing on the initial prayer that brought the group together to heal. Afterwards we will make space to share and express what is going on for everyone. If there is a need and desire to heal interpersonal relationships with those gathered, this would be the space to do so.   

For example, if you are focusing on a conflict within the group, we will make space to transform the conflict with those who are involved. If it is conflict we are focusing on healing, as a group we will first create agreements regarding what is and is not ok so that the container can be as inclusive and grounded as possible. It is likely that a few circles may be needed to fully resolve whatever the group is wanting to heal together. It is always my intention to support a person’s healing as quickly and efficiently as possible. In order for this to happen, everyone must take responsibility for themselves and come to the circle with the intention to grow.
